Three years ago, Naruto defeated Madara/Tobi and fighting with Sasuke. Sasuke looses this battle and remained with Karin in Konohagakure, because he now knew that not Konoha was the enemy and killed him. But after this the fox in him disappears now, because Naruto are now strong enough without him. After that battle with Naruto he knew that he no longer must be on escape. So he became a Konoha-Ninja again. But Karin loves Sasuke still and so she became a Konoha-Ninja and work as a Medicine-Ninja. Meanwhile Suigetsu defeated Kisame and Sakura healed Juugo and they went to their original countries back. Now Sasuke lives in his old house with Karin together as his girlfriend. They want soon get married. Meanwhile Naruto became the 7th Hokage, because Danzo s dead and Tsunade, now healthy again, want that Naruto become the position. And he and Hinata have married recently; because he now knew that Hinata love him and he love her too.

The countries are now friendly to each other. But it gives furthermore missions and work. So in Kirigakure for the Mizukage too…

We are now in a room with a table (on it are books) and two persons. The room has a lot of blue colors.  Behind the person, which sit near to the table is the symbol of Kiri. Next to the table are a lot of desks with books and reports. Meanwhile the other person carries more books to the table.

She is now in her middle twenties, but looks still like by the time at the Kage Meeting.

There the 5th Mizukage looks surprised at a staple of books over her table in her room. Than she says after a while: "Oh, this is too much work!"

"But you must make it," says her assistant Ao, "You have no time for others now!" He completes the sentence with a grin.

"Is that a reference to my love life?" she says angry. Then she gets up, walks to him and flogs him out of the room. "When you say that again, you will be dead!"

Out of the room now Ao stand. "The Mizukage shall be change probably never," he thinks. And then he goes away with a groan.

"What he think of me? I do not love a lot of work. But it must be…" she says with a groan and then she cares about the books.

3 Days later…   

We are now on one of the many beaches in Kirigakure. This beach is one of the most popular beaches in Kiri. Now are not many people at the beach, because it is still early at 9 o'clock. It's a nice, sandy beach with already always good water temperatures and the water is always very clear, trough this you can see on a lot of places until the ground. And the beach is always clean. Only one person is on the beach: The 5th Mizukage.

She wears a blue Bandeau BH as her bikini top to covered her cleavage (but nevertheless you can see still a lot of her cleavage) with a regular blue bikini pants. Her hairs are the same as normal and she has purple-blue makeup on her eyes and her mouth. Her long, brown hair has the same form like normal. (Also her hair covered her left eye.)

"Oh, the beach is beautiful like the most days. I like this place very…," says she with a grin, "Here I can relax very good."

Meanwhile at the estate of the Mizukage…

"Oh now! Lady Mizukage escape! Follow me, Chōjūrō!" says Ao angry.

"O-Ok." Chōjūrō says. "She is a very cool woman. I love her…" he then thinks in his mind.

"Hey, Chōjūrō! Do not dream!" Ao says while Chōjūrō thinks more about the Mizukage.

Then they disappear and search for the Mizukage. Now back by her again…

Now the beach slow becomes a bit fuller. We see that the Mizukage flirt with a man.

"Oh, you look really nice. Training?" she says interesting.

Then the man: "Oh, yes. I do training twice on a day."

"Interesting. Have you desire of a bit…fun?" she says and kiss the man on his cheeks.

"Uh…oh…uff…" he says and then he fall with a nosebleed to the ground.

"Oh, give it here not a strong man, which make this not?" she says and sighed. "I think I should now swim before they notice that I'm here…" she thinks in her mind, "but Chōjūrō is really cute…"

Then she goes into the water. The water wetted slow her body, until she is now in the deeper water, but she is an excellent swimmer. For the most people is now, 8 o'clock, the water still to cold. But the Mizukage always love to swim. But she not know that this day change all in her previous life. She not knows that she has soon a lot of water around her.

And around her all men stare at her as she would a goddess. She swims really well, even better as others from her country, because water is her element and so she swims already every day… and Ao and Chōjūrō always search for her. She swims very beautiful and graceful, but then she sees a very bright sparkle on the ground.

"Oh, what's that?" she says. Then she swims nearer to the sparkle.

As she comes nearer to the sparkle, she sees that this is a necklace with a sapphire, a very big sapphire. The necklace is ornate decorated with gold and silver. It looks after a really valuable necklace. Next to it is a wooden plate with a font that can't read the Mizukage.

"Oh, this necklace is really pretty," she says with a smile, "I think I should that further investigate!"

She decided that she take the necklace and the plate to the Mizukage villa. While she wears the necklace, she holds with the hands the plate. But as she wants go out of the water we hear a familiar voice: Ao , behind him is Chōjūrō.

"Ah, you are here…again!" he says angry.

"Oh, Ao. Have you never learned this? I'm always on this beach." She says with a smile.

"Yeah, this beach is really pretty, like she." Chōjūrō thinks.

"But I wanted anyway back to the villa. I found this." she says and shows the plate and the necklace.

"Interesting, where you found this?" Chōjūrō says.

"On the ground of the sea, my dear. But now let's go back; I want to analyze that pretty necklace and the plate. The plate has a mysterious font and I think it has a connection with the necklace." says the Mizukage.

So as all are back in the villa, the Mizukage give researcher the wooden plate, but not the necklace. She thinks that the researchers don't need the necklace. So she analyzes alone the necklace which she wears.

At first she undresses herself and sets the bikini back into the wardrobe. Then she showers herself and put her normal clothes on. At first she dress herself with her fishnet suit, then she took her shirt and covered her with that too and with a black belt. Then she renewed her makeup. After that she tries on her blue cape around her belt. Finally she tries on her shoes that are like long sandals. Then she go to the table and sits down, ready for the work.

But then some impossible happens…

As the sun sets go under, her necklace glow and radiates a lot of and with strength, the necklace splinter and rotate around the Mizukage like a blue whirl. She notices that and wonders why that happens.

"What?! WHAT IS THIS NECKLACE?!" she says amazed.

Then the blue whirl becomes closer. After a time the whirl becomes smaller and includes now only her legs. They come to her always closer and closer.  The Mizukage feel a pain in her legs. At first the splitter broke her clothes from the stomach down.

"What… What happens with me?!" she says anxiously.

Later the splitter glow more as before. Meanwhile her legs deform to one part. Moreover the part that was before her legs become dark blue and become thinner like a tail. The skin of the tail form to dark blue scales. Now the Mizukage can't stand and so she falls to the ground.

"Ouch! What happens… with my body?" she says in pain.

Then a bright, blue fin unfolds on the end of her tail. A few centimeters before her belly navel the tail ends. Instead from her legs is now from her waist a dark blue fish tail and at the end is a bright, blue fin. But the change continues!

Again become the whirl bigger. It reaches now her shoulders. Again the splitters glow very strong. Now individual fragments fly to her. But they not hurt her; they fly near to her and broke her clothes from the waist up. After a while she is naked. Then the scraps of her clothes raise self and form to a Bandeau bikini top, it looks like her own. Then the bikini top fly to her and she take the top and dress her with the top to cover her cleavage. Short the whirl come over her face, but then the splitters fall to the ground and decay to dusk.

"Ao! Chōjūrō!" she cry.

After the Mizukage tells each the story, each look amazed.

"What?! Um, apparently change the necklace the carrier to a mermaid," he says, takes then a mirror and show the Mizukage her new body, "Look! A fishtail." Meanwhile Chōjūrō make a water jutsu to always make the Mizukage wet. He says in a hurry: "He's right, Lady Mizukage!"

"Can I see the plate again?" she says now with a smile to distracted from her new body.

Later the plate is in front of the Mizukage, while Chōjūrō keep her wet. "Um, I can't read it still!" she says. But then Chōjūrō buried a bottle of water of the plate and a font appears.

"Oh, now I can read it! This is a magical necklace. The which wears this change to a mermaid. It is a forbidden jutsu: The jutsu of the water change, a special jutsu of the mermaid clan, which exist until the first ninja world war. There the clan was extinguished.  The necklace is the only thing which still exists. Have fun with it! Oh yeah, and not many mermaids can that, but you: When you wish you wants a normal human again, you can transforms back to your normal form, but only until the sunset!" she says amazed.

"Regardless at first. We must build a city under the sea, else you die."

"Yes, I think so too. The sea by the beach where I often am shall pretty good. Clear, pure water and near to the land" she says dreaming.

At the same day begin even the work of the buildings. Meanwhile the Mizukage sleeps in a pool in her villa. At the same time underwater the workers (with diving equipment) build a lot of buildings. In the centre of the city a villa for the Mizukage and around the building many houses for more mermaids if this happens overall in next time. Moreover a restaurant and something special.

Meanwhile the mermaid clan is now official again a clan, one of many clans, but one very specially. For the first the Mizukage is the only member of the clan, but maybe more members come to the clan, we will see…

Now are two weeks passed since the Mizukage transforms into a mermaid. She sits now on a rock near the underwater city, propped on the stone with her two hands while her tail is on the stone. She now knows why the whirl came to her face: It make her makeup waterproof. Behind her are Ao and Chōjūrō in diving suits.

Then the Mizukage says: "You are now my representative, Ao. I help you on the days from early until evening. But only Monday until Friday and I can't work on the night."

"When that is your wish, Lady Mizukage. Have fun, maybe you see an other mermaid. Maybe one survived." he says lovely.

Later at the evening the workers finished the city. It has now place for a lot of other mermaids. It gives a lot of small one-person houses but two bigger houses for three too. Now all workers, Ao and Chōjūrō are away.

Straight go the sun under and from the rock the Mizukage sees down to her city, the city of mermaids and the city of the mermaid clan. (Notice: That is the scene of the picture.)

But then, as the sun go under, she swim to the villa and go to her bed. She thinks: "I wish here would be other mermaids." Then she sleeps.

Not knowing that her wish comes soon true…
